Servicar provides car servicing, repairs, maintenance, and detailing in Dubai, UAE, with optional vehicle pickup and delivery. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.

• Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or our website.
• Prices shown on the website are starting prices for the listed service.
• The final price is confirmed after our technician inspects the vehicle, as the exact work required can vary by vehicle condition.
• Any additional work beyond the original request is confirmed with you before proceeding.

Where pickup and delivery is selected, you agree to provide an accurate address and be reasonably available at the agreed time. Servicar will take reasonable care of the vehicle while it is in our possession.

Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and card payments.

Please let us know of any pre-existing damage, warning lights, or known issues before work begins. Servicar is not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults not caused by our work.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking before work begins at no charge. If a cancellation is made after pickup or after work has started, charges may apply for work or parts already committed — see our Refund Policy for details.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
